We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead market growth and strategy for medical device consumables, ensuring quality, compliance, and business success.
Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy \& Growth:
Help create and carry out local market strategies to increase growth.
Identify trends in the market and suggest new product or marketing ideas.
Develop creative ways to promote both new and existing products.
Support the creation of plans to make products more accessible to customers.
Sales Support \& Product Management
Train sales teams to improve their knowledge and performance.
Organize peer-to-peer training sessions for healthcare professionals.
Provide tools, resources, and support to help the sales team succeed.
Plan and manage product launches, including creating materials and strategies.
Product Development
Share customer feedback and market needs with internal teams.
Review product performance regularly and suggest improvements.
Help prioritize new product ideas based on market demand.
Building Relationships
Build strong connections with key industry leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Identify influential individuals who can support the growth of our products.
Work closely with sales teams to address any challenges or questions they have.
Planning \& Analysis
Keep track of product forecasts, inventory levels, and market opportunities.
Analyze competitors and contribute to long-term marketing plans.
Monitor financial performance, solve issues, and ensure revenue targets are met within budget limits.
Quality \& Compliance
Ensure all activities follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
Act as a point of contact for resolving customer issues quickly while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, MedTech, Pharmacy, Medicine (MD), or a related field is required.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in marketing or product management in healthcare or medical devices.
Skills
Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Clear communication skills when working with healthcare professionals or colleagues.
Strategic thinker who uses data to achieve results effectively.
