About The Role Rooted Vitality is building a modern marketplace platform in the holistic wellness space. We’re looking for a thoughtful, execution-oriented Full-Stack Web Developer to help us strengthen, improve, and scale what we’ve already built.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within a clear product vision and taking pride in delivering reliable, production-ready code. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to build high-quality features, improve system stability, and make smart decisions about how best to move the platform forward.

What You’ll Be Working On

Building, testing, and deploying features aligned with our product roadmap

Improving performance, reliability, and maintainability across the existing codebase

Implementing responsive, user-friendly interfaces based on provided designs and UX guidance

Developing backend functionality using established patterns and services

Debugging issues, documenting solutions, and sharing progress transparently

Collaborating with a small team using lightweight Agile workflows

We care about security, scalability, and long-term health—our goal is to build a platform that grows smoothly and sustainably.

Comfort making thoughtful tradeoffs around scope, timeline, and budget

Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team direction

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
