Job Description: As an assistant in this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

· Assisting with customer inquiries, invoices, sales \& advice.

· Managing our Shopify/Wordpress websites for both sales and services, including updating product listings, optimizing content, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience.

· Handling social media platforms, creating engaging content, and managing regular posts to increase brand visibility and engagement.

· Communicating effectively with customers and clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.

· Utilizing your experience in managing an eBay shop or willing to learn, to expand our online presence and drive sales.

· Assisting with marketing and growth i.e Email marketing, SEO (Experience in marketing useful)

· Assisting in general store maintenance tasks, including inventory management, organizing displays, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment.

Requirements:

· Excellent spoken and written English skills.

· Experience managing a Shopify/Wordpress/Drupal website preferred.

· Coding and Web development knowledge preferred (e.g. Java, CSS, HTML).

· Proficiency in social media management, including content creation and posting.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and clients.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel \& CRM tools such as Bigin/Notion/Trello

· Experience in managing eBay or a willingness to learn.

· A valid driver's license would be useful but not required.
