Summary
The Product Analyst supports the full lifecycle of digital product delivery—from concept to launch—across creative, business, and technical functions. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to enhance customer experience, manage product requirements, conduct testing, analyze issues, and ensure product stability. Ideal candidates bring digital product expertise, strong communication skills, and comfort working in fast-paced, Agile environments.
Responsibilities
Manage product lifecycle with direction from the Product Owner.
Translate stakeholder needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Assist in defining key product features aligned with business goals.
Maintain industry awareness to inform product roadmaps.
Identify product dependencies and impacts during requirements gathering.
Act as Product Owner proxy when needed.
Coordinate and execute UAT with customer-experience focus.
Create training materials and support internal teams on new features.
Manage and optimize third-party product integrations.
Execute A/B tests and analyze results.
Set up data for lower-level environments to support Development Teams.
Serve as point of contact for requirement-related questions.
Analyze support issues to identify trends and improvements.
Participate in on-call rotations and defect triage to maintain platform stability.
Required Skills
Agile story writing \& acceptance criteria creation.
Ecommerce or digital product experience (retail preferred).
Strong communication skills.
Experience in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Technical understanding with ability to translate for non-technical partners.
2–4 years in Product Management, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
3+ years of digital experience.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Background
Experience with CMS or PIM tools.
Digital merchandising or product content setup.
Creative workflow experience (content creation, trafficking, photo studio, etc.).
Change management or workflow process expertise.
Experience working with creative, marketing, merchandising, or operations teams.
Power user of digital tools; naturally curious.
