Job Summary
Senior Marketing Manager:
Role: You'll develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies \& lead campaigns (for all sister concerns), and manage a team.
Duties
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Manage and optimize SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and organic traffic.
Oversee social media marketing efforts, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Lead multichannel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive advertising sales and develop B2B marketing strategies.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual content that engages target audiences.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform decision-making.
Manage budgets effectively while ensuring maximum ROI on all marketing initiatives.
Supervise the production of print advertising materials as needed.
Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.
Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches.
Skills
Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Proficiency in social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook Advertising.
Experience in multichannel marketing approaches that integrate traditional and digital methods.
Familiarity with advertising sales processes in both B2B and B2C environments.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite for design and content creation purposes.
Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques including performance marketing and e-commerce strategies.
Proficient in copywriting for diverse formats including web content, email campaigns, and print materials.
Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Knowledge of HTML for basic website management tasks is a plus.
