Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed failure investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions for reliability failure.
Perform risk analyses for new designs and processes to ensure reliability and mitigate potential risks.
Carry out reliability predictions and failure mode analyses to optimize process performance.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned and resolve any reliability-related issues.
Requirements:
Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above
Field of Study : Applied Physics/ Physics/ Material Science/ Electrical Engineering / relevant disciplines
Years of Experience: Preferable 1-3 years of relevant experience in failure analysis and reliability engineering
Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered
Hands-on experience with electronic testing equipment is an advantage
Enthusiastic, presentable, and responsible professional with a strong analytical mindset
Independent and eager to learn, with a self‑driven approach to acquiring new skills
Cooperative team player with effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
