Job Description

Job Duties:

Act as the Product Management Head to lead and execute product and merchandising strategies for all Samsonite brands across all sales channels in Hong Kong and Macau

Drive brand growth by optimizing product assortments and aligning marketing and merchandising strategies with business objectives

Oversee product lifecycle management, including new product launches and end-of-life strategies

Streamline the product portfolio and review inventory levels to meet with sales targets

Collaborate with regional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment

Work closely with Marketing and CRM partners to align product strategies and monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and CRM programs

Analyze sales trends and market data to support strategic product decisions

Prepare regular performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Planning and Logistics Teams to support business goals

Requirements

Degree holder in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant disciplines

Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, merchandising or marketing, preferably in retail industry

Strong business acumen with sensitivity to market and retail trends

Results-driven, detail-oriented and proactive with a “can-do” attitude

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills

A team player with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP experience is a plus

Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
