WE’RE HIRING!

The assistant store manager is responsible to assist the store manager in the daily direction of the store, in order to become a profitable store, within the predetermined budgets and has an exemplary role in the absence of the store manager.

The job of the assistant store manager includes, but is not limited to, these following important tasks:

You assist in achieving sales plans.

You provide customers with an excellent shopping experience. You provide special and inspiring service beyond customer expectations and maintain a loyal and personal approach.

You apply required sales standards and use up-to-date technical product knowledge to increase sales.

You assist in training, coaching, motivating, developing and retaining staff.

You follow guidelines related to store opening and closing, dress code, hygiene, health and safety, money matters, etc.

You ensure a pleasant and clean store floor with nicely presented and correctly priced products.

You assist in managing inventory.

You are eager to learn and willing to take the necessary training courses.
