Responsibilities
Work with marketing, communications and sales personnel to define the (GTM) go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers
Own, develop and execute product vision, strategy, and road map of HA, focus on Refrigerator/ Washing Machine. Continually iterate to ensure sales channel and customer needs are met and that the product remains competitive
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of head-quarter, product marketing, channel partner and sales to build designated experiences for our customers
Able to serve as the internal and external evangelist for products offering working closely with different sales channel including DtC estore, retail and key customers
Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing, Business or relevant disciplines
Minimum 6-year experiences as a Product Manager, preferably with experience in Refrigerator/ Washing Machine
Data Sensitivity and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and respond to its nuances
Positive Attitude: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
Demonstrated success defining and launching products
Outstanding organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize projects while meeting tight deadlines
Stress Management and Communication Skills: Ability to handle pressure effectively, with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, with high sense of ownership and responsibility
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
