Linux System Engineer

Linux System Engineer - The Role
Deploy, maintain, and optimize
Linux server environments
supporting software applications.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to
support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based solutions

Automate infrastructure tasks using
scripting and configuration management tools
(Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
Implement and maintain security best practices across servers and services.
Document infrastructure, processes, and troubleshooting steps to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
Linux System Engineer - The Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Linux servers (
RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS
).
Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, cloud platforms (
AWS, Azure, GCP
), and containerization (
Docker, Kubernetes
).
Experience with monitoring, logging, and backup solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
