Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver advanced information delivery and analytics solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic systems
Build and manage AI platforms and services, including integration, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization of Generative AI solutions
Enable and maintain scalable data and AI architectures across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments in line with enterprise standards and policies
Act as a trusted partner to business and technology teams by shaping AI and analytics adoption roadmaps
Apply a strong risk and control mindset, ensuring adherence to governance, security, and regulatory frameworks
Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to deliver AI initiatives within agreed timelines

Core Skills:
Proven experience designing and developing AI agents or chatbots using LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks
Hands-on experience building context-aware, multi-turn conversational systems
Experience developing and maintaining APIs and SDKs for Generative AI integration
Strong background in building scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and server-side APIs
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab) and DevOps practices
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Unix scripting for AI and data workflows
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (e.g. EC2, EMR) and hybrid data architectures
Experience in data architecture design and data model discussions
Front-end experience using React is an advantage
