Ever wanted to work inside a trading environment where technology drives every decision?

You’d be joining a proprietary trading firm undergoing a major evolution of its core platform, a team responsible for shaping that next chapter.

DevOps sits at the centre of that shift, shaping how applications are deployed, how systems run across multiple global locations, and how the wider engineering teams build and ship technology.

The platform is almost entirely on-prem, running close to the exchange, and the firm is now strengthening its DevOps capability as they redesign how internal systems are deployed, monitored, and automated.

You’ll work across large-scale Linux systems, container platforms, and automation tooling, helping define how trading applications are packaged, released, and monitored across regions.

Your work will extend into CI/CD pipelines, platform automation, developer tooling, and data pipelines that support both real-time and historical analysis.

You’ll work directly with senior engineers and the CTO, with the freedom to influence how systems evolve and the responsibility to deliver end-to-end.
