As the Manager, Digital Solutions you will lead the delivery and performance of SASCU’s digital platforms, business applications, data solutions, AI enablement, and regulatory data reporting. The role ensures digital services align with strategic goals, meet member and employee needs, and comply with regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do:

Lead the planning, delivery, and optimization of digital platforms and internal applications to ensure they remain reliable, efficient, and aligned with member and employee needs.

Oversee data governance, regulatory reporting, and data quality initiatives to ensure SASCU has accurate, compliant, and accessible data for decision‑making.

Guide the adoption of AI, automation, and integration technologies to enhance member and employee experiences, streamline processes, and support innovation across SASCU.

Monitor platform and application performance, usage, and satisfaction metrics to identify improvement opportunities and ensure strong service outcomes.

Ensure compliance with Information Technology (IT) policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements to protect organizational data, systems, and member trust.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Digital Solutions team to deliver consistent, timely, and high‑quality user support while ensuring balanced workloads and effective prioritization.

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

6–7 years of experience in digital product management, application support, or IT leadership, with a track record of delivering measurable digital outcomes.

Experience in financial services or regulated industries is preferred.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, data integration, and user experience principles to support effective solution design.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills that enable successful delivery of digital initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to drive data‑informed decisions and continuous improvement.

Experience working with cross‑functional teams and vendors to deliver high‑quality digital services.
