Overview
Scalepex is a dynamic services firm specializing in providing nearshore solutions for premium brands. We are seeking talented and versatile engineers to join the team in a full stack development role. As a key member of our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work on end-to-end feature development, including data modeling, testing, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior JavaScript Developer with expertise in Angular, design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and fellow developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Translate project requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
Lead the development of complex web applications using JavaScript, Angular, and related technologies.
Design and implement user-friendly and responsive front-end interfaces.
Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical challenges.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
Participate in Agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a JavaScript developer, with a strong focus on Angular.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Experience with SQL.
Experience with PHP or other back-end language.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with back-end services.
Experience with Git.
Experience with testing frameworks and automated testing methodologies.
Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Vue.js) is a plus.
Experience working with Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
