🔍 About the Role
This is a senior role ideal for someone ready to own the codebase, remove blockers, and bridge technical conversations between devs and architects.
🧠 What You’ll Do
Lead the technical delivery of cloud-native applications.
• Design, build, and maintain high-performing services (serverless/microservices).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional Scrum teams across Vietnam, UK, and France.
• Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines.
Champion code quality, documentation, and innovation.
Troubleshoot and resolve production-level issues.
• Stay updated on AI, Data, and emerging cloud tech (yes, we love Co-pilot too).
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and mentoring.
🧰 Your Skills \& Experience
✅ Must-have:
5+ years’ experience in software development, preferably in cloud environments.
• Strong experience with Python, TypeScript, or C#.
• Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – certification is a plus.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Git, and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving, team leadership, and communication skills.
Good English – verbal \& written – for daily work with UK team.
🪄 Nice-to-have:
Experience with AI/ML concepts, Data Analytics, Data Warehouse.
Familiarity with Webdriver.io or Selenium for automation testing.
Experience with Power BI or cloud dashboards is a bonus.
