As our Service Manager, youâll be the driving force behind the operational success of your branch. Youâll lead with purpose, ensuring our service, from maintenace, repairs to modernization, runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
What youâll do:
Strategy \& PlanningShape and execute the branch strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
Develop operational plans including budget and capacity planning.
Roll out commercial and people strategies aligned with company goals.
Performance \& ResultsHit annual sales targets for new contracts and reduce churn.
Deliver on operating margin and service KPIs (e.g., callback rate).
Continuously analyze performance and implement improvements.
People LeadershipInspire and guide your team, fostering collaboration across departments and branches.
Champion employee development through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
Promote a culture of safety, ethics, and excellence.
ïž Business OperationsLead all branch activities across sales, service, and administration.
Represent Schindler with pride in the market and with clients.
Optimize team structures, tools, and processes to meet KPIs.
