We are seeking a dynamic and strategic (Assistant) Product Marketing Manager to lead offer management, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration for our product portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and internal alignment. Key Responsibilities

1. Offer Management

Master the offer portfolio and manage lifecycle planning.

Lead new offer launches with high quality and clear roadmap planning.

Develop compelling product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.

Collaborate with global and regional teams to conceptualize and launch new offers, minimizing portfolio gaps.

Apply the full Marketing Mix (Product, Place, Price, Promotion) to each offer.

Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives based on competitive and trend analysis.

2. Sales Enablement \& Support

Maintain and update sales tools and documentation.

Leverage global commercial and technical resources to support sales and capture opportunities.

Organize sales training and customer engagement activities.

Partner with solution teams to deliver competitive and optimized design proposals.

Support product demonstrations and presentations at internal and external events.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Finance to ensure revenue, margin, and pricing performance meet annual targets.

Align with Supply Chain to optimize demand forecasting, logistics, and ordering strategies.

Collaborate with Quality teams to review product claims and drive improvement plans.

Support Marcom in event planning, promotional campaigns, and demo preparations.

Qualifications:

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer needs.

Proven experience in product marketing and portfolio management.

Demonstrated success in go-to-market strategy execution within a large corporation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese are preferred, Mandarin is a plus point
