Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join a leading technology organization. This role focuses on defining and executing product strategy, launching key strategic programs, and enabling multiple product teams to deliver high-impact outcomes across the organization. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape vision, align priorities, and accelerate delivery across large-scale digital initiatives.
Mandatory Skill-set
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline;
Must have 8-12 years of experience in digital product management, leading multiple product teams;
Must have strong experience in product strategy, metrics, and outcome-driven roadmaps;
Must have hands-on experience in end-to-end product ownership, from problem identification to implementation;
Strong ability to define product vision, success metrics, and technical requirements;
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across senior leadership;
Experience guiding teams and building organizational PM capability;
Ability to operate in ambiguous, large-scale problem spaces with strategic impact.
Desired Skill-set
Experience in enterprise, data, platform, or digital infrastructure products;
Familiarity with large-scale organizational strategy or transformation;
Mentoring and coaching junior product managers or product leads.
Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategy for high-priority initiatives across multiple product teams;
Identify critical problem areas, and lead the setup and delivery of strategic programs to address them, including vision, roadmap, and full lifecycle delivery;
Establish frameworks and metrics to measure product effectiveness, efficiency, and iterative speed;
Drive alignment across multiple teams including technology, policy, and business stakeholders;
Drive product reviews and recommend improvements to optimize outcomes and efficiency;
Ensure alignment between strategy and execution, translating complex problems into actionable solutions;
Mentor teams and influence organizational product practices to ensure excellence and impact.
