He / she will be co-responsible for driving main program’s principles and objectives in alignment with Finance program management by:
simplification \& rationalization of methods \& tool for closing value chain process,
redesign end-to-end process based on integration, simplification and automation,
alignment with existing Finance frameworks
The senior project manager will coordinate with the project sponsors and Finance program management to:
Monitor and secure value realization and roadmap execution translating high-level business needs into actionable program plans.
Propose prioritization based on value added across projects within the program facilitating decision making.
Ensure changes are properly analyzed and their awareness is understood across organization.
The senior project manager will also be co-responsible for guiding and empowering the team by setting clear goals, coordinating efforts, resolving blockers, and ensuring timely delivery of program outcomes.
Program/Projects management
Define and shape projects objectives, scope, and roadmap in collaboration with Finance, Data, Tech and in line with Business goals and OKRs.
Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Business, and Operations to deliver program milestones.

Execution \& Delivery
Oversee end-to-end program execution, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management (co lead with Finance Pg manager).
Monitor progress against OKRs/ KPIs and ensure timely delivery of program components.
Deploy agile in the way of working and driving continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews.
Identify and implement changes to continually align projects target to SCOR strategy
Present and explain technical topics to broad range of stakeholders
Collaborate with data and processing teams to improve the quality and confidence of data
Solve problems proposing, and executing new prototype solutions as needed and/or further rationalization of existing methodologies (co lead with Finance Pg manager).

Governance \& processes
Establish robust governance framework, steering committee, and reporting structures linked to the overall Transformation Portfolio, whilst ensuring adherence with legal \& regulatory requirements
Engage with senior stakeholders across Finance, Reinsurance, and Group functions to ensure buy-in and transparency.
Act as the primary point of contact for program-related communications and escalations in strong coordination with Finance program manager
Continuously evaluate and enhance processes, tools, and workflow, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization and streamlining to gain efficiency
Monitor the projects’ operational risks and dependencies. Provide mitigation actions to prevent key issues. Provide regular communication on those to PC operational risk coordinator (co lead with Finance)
Experience
10+ years' experience on different (re)insurance business domains
Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-year transformation programs.
Strong knowledge with business applications landscape
Strong knowledge with project management techniques and tools
Knowledge of insurance finance processes
Proven decision and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with team members and a wide range of stakeholders including senior management
