Role Overview
As Product Manager, Salesforce/nCino, you will contribute to the Digital Transformation of the Canadian Banking roadmap. You will support existing data integrations and participate in the upcoming onboarding of Small Business portfolio to Salesforce/nCino . In the process, you will engage stakeholders, incorporate feedback, prioritize key features, and collaborate with various departments to deliver on the product roadmap
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a prioritized backlog, support the creation of detailed user stories, and participate in sprint planning and review activities
Provide support for ongoing data issues in Business Banking, respecting tight SLA timelines.
Contribute to design and build of API integrations to streamline data flow between systems and improve data accessibility
Support the building and maintenance of data pipelines between Salesforce and legacy systems including both batch and real time integration methods.
Continuously look for ways to optimize business processes by leveraging existing data and bringing it into Salesforce and /or cloud based databases
Support the building of adhoc reporting and analytics in salesforce and powerbi/excel as required.
Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and business analysts/SMEs to integrate data solutions and ensure data quality and integrity
Partner closely with the Salesforce/nCino Vendor and Engineering teams to ensure a logical, engaging, and accessible user experience
Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships
Skills and Qualifications:
5-7 years experience in Data Analytics and Reporting, preferably in the Salesforce Ecosystem
3-5 years experience in Banking industry, preferably with both business and tech roles
3-5 years experience in data manipulation and visualization tools such as SQL, Python or Power BI
Familiarity with APIs and Microservices, particularly in the context of cloud based architectures is an asset
Familiarity with Banking operations, preferably the credit life cycle will be given preference
A degree in Engineering or Computer Science is required. Additional qualification/certifications in Salesforce, Data Analytics (Google Cloud), or industry credentials such as CFA/MBA will be given preference.
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
