About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for our client Railroad Commission of Texas (Solicitation # 455-26-27812). The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level applications. This role involves working on complex modules, enhancing system functionality, building integrations, and ensuring secure and scalable solutions across organization technology landscape. You will collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business leaders to deliver modern applications on the Salesforce platform and other integrated systems.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze, design, code, and implement enhancements to complex application modules.
Develop and modify web applications for complex information technology systems.
Analyze existing programs or develop logic for new systems, including preparing flowcharts, coding, and performing testing/debugging.
Develop data conversion strategies and system implementation plans.
Prepare and obtain approval for system and programming documentation.
Design new database schemas to support new applications and data persistence.
Adhere to organizational security frameworks, architecture guidelines, and high-level design standards for applications built on Salesforce.
Integrate Salesforce with mainframe systems, external document services, and existing or new web services.
Build or enhance web services needed to support business and system processes.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience (Required)
- Salesforce systems implementation experience (8+ years Required)
- Salesforce platform functional \& application design experience (5+ years Required)
-Salesforce Certifications (5+ yearsRequired):
- Admin 201 (Required)
- Platform Developer I (PD1) (Required)
- Platform Developer II (PD2) (Nice to Have)
- Salesforce Administration \& Configuration (Sites, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, etc.)(5+ years Required)
- Excellent analytical and coding skills (8+ years Required)
- Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Workflows, Triggers, REST API (5+ years Required)
- Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, REST API (5+ years Required)
-Experience designing and building Salesforce Experience Cloud sites (8+ years Required)
- Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, exporting/publishing information on/from Salesforce (5+ years Preferred)
- Salesforce Sandboxes, Integrations, and Application Deployment (5+ years Preferred)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
