The role we are looking for a

seasoned product leader with deep expertise in the global payments ecosystem

to help shape the strategy and commercial success of our core payments platform. This is a pivotal, hands-on role where you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for critical initiatives, from discovery and business case development through to delivery and iteration.

Reporting to and working in close partnership with the Head of Product, you will translate our strategic vision into a world-class product reality. You will be a key leader within the business, collaborating closely with Engineering, Commercial, and Compliance teams to navigate complexity and ship solutions that deliver significant customer and business value. What you’ll do

Product Strategy \& Discovery: In partnership with the Head of Product, shape the roadmap for our core payments platform by conducting deep market analysis, defining key opportunities, and leading robust product discovery.

Commercial Ownership \& Delivery: Own the delivery of key initiatives, developing business cases, defining requirements, managing stakeholder trade-offs, and ensuring we ship high-impact solutions that meet our commercial goals.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the product authority for your domain, effectively communicating and influencing outcomes with stakeholders across the business, from engineering teams to the C-suite.

Team Mentorship \& Practice Improvement: As a senior member of the team, you will mentor other product managers and help uplift our product practices, championing processes that improve how we build and learn.

What You'll Bring

Deep Payments Expertise: 5+ years of product management experience with a significant focus on the payment’s domain (e.g., cross-border payments, payment processing, global payment rails, or payment gateways).

Fintech \& Regulatory Acumen: A strong understanding of the fintech landscape and the regulatory environment is essential, particularly compliance concepts like AML/CTF and KYC/KYB.

Commercial \& Strategic Mindset: A proven ability to think like an owner, connecting product decisions directly to business outcomes, building compelling business cases, and using data to guide your strategy.

Technical Fluency: You are comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture, and complex technical trade-offs with engineering partners to build scalable and robust products.

Exceptional Influence \& Communication: You excel at simplifying complex topics and aligning diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership, without direct authority.

Familiarity with foreign exchange (FX) concepts is highly beneficial.
