SEPAR is developing a system enabling the reuse of structural concrete elements in new construction, with a clear focus on the precast concrete ecosystem (structural precast, facade elements, slabs, beams, columns). The project is entering a phase where product strategy, client validation and market positioning become central to the company’s trajectory. After 1.5 years of R\&D proving the technical feasibility of the technology, the market and the business model, we are preparing for an investment round. SEPAR is seeking a senior Product Lead with strong experience in product management and go-to-market execution within the precast and broader construction industry.
The role focuses on defining and driving the product architecture of SEPAR from early commercialization to a scalable offering for precast-related stakeholders. The Product Lead is expected to shape product-market fit, define target segments and applications, structure the product value proposition and develop the first commercially viable use cases with industry partners. This includes translating technical capabilities into a clear product offering for precast production and reuse workflows, validating demand with key customer groups, defining pricing and packaging logic, and building the roadmap for pilot deployments together with precast manufacturers, developers, contractors and asset owners.
The ideal candidate understands how decisions are made in precast manufacturing and construction procurement and can translate technical innovation into clear product concepts, measurable outcomes and implementation pathways. Experience working with or within precast manufacturers, structural engineering firms, general contractors, developers, or construction-tech companies is strongly valued, especially where products touch production constraints, transport/logistics, certification and structural compliance.
The position is part of the core team and assumes shared responsibility for the product and commercial development of the company. Equity-based compensation is expected and structured accordingly.
