The Work
SERIOUS AI is driving global reindustrialization through AI \& automation, helping both high-growth scale-ups and established industrial leaders tackle their hardest problems and deliver measurable impact in the physical world.
We're launching a SaaS platform that unifies real-time telemetry, sensors, PLCs, fleets, valves, digital twins, and enterprise systems into a single intelligence layer that understands the physical environment, can simulate it, reason over it, and act safely and autonomously.
In this role, you will design interfaces that align with how industrial engineers, operators, and planners actually work, taking into account timing, constraints, uncertainty, and downstream effects so that decisions are grounded in real operational context.
Your Role
Design and implement state-heavy, real-time frontend systems for industrial operations
Translate complex system behavior into interfaces without oversimplifying real-world constraints
Build experiences that reflect mission-critical engineering workflows, not generic analytics patterns
Work directly with platform, AI, and systems engineers on end-to-end flows
Shape product direction as the interface and underlying systems evolve together
Tech (Directional, Not Prescriptive)
TypeScript
React (modern patterns)
Real-time data (streams, WebSockets)
WebGL, 3D, or simulation-style rendering tied to real system state
Thoughtful state management for evolving, time-dependent system behavior
Engineering judgment matters more than specific tools.

Built by former leadership from ABB, Siemens, senior software engineers and autonomous driving leads from Audi and Volvo, Physical AI researchers and an IMO award-winning mathematician - with decades of operating and software experience in industrial environments.
Who you are
Have built a frontend for an analytics, simulation, or data-intensive platform before (must-have)
Have experience with complex internal, enterprise, or systems-heavy tools
Are comfortable reasoning about time, state, and uncertainty
Care more about correctness and signal than surface-level UI polish
Want to build software used in mission-critical industrial environments
