We are looking for two FullStack Developers to work on a stable project with an open-ended contract and 100% remote work.
The developer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, integration, and maintenance of web and backend applications in a distributed, microservices-based architecture. This profile is proficient in both front-end technologies for creating user interfaces and back-end technologies for developing business logic and integrating with databases and external systems.
It is essential that the candidate possesses knowledge of the project's key technologies, maintains good secure development practices, and works with agile methodologies. The candidate must collaborate closely with functional analysts, designers, and operations teams to ensure system quality and performance.
Functions
Design and development of microservices using appropriate frameworks (Spring Boot).
Development of responsive and accessible web interfaces using modern technologies (Angular).
Design and consumption of REST APIs for communication between frontend and backend.
Implementation of CRUD methods for data management in relational databases (PostgreSQL, Informix).
Integration with external systems and distributed services (Kafka, Elastic Search).
Participation in the creation and execution of unit and integration tests, ensuring minimum coverage.
Monitoring and resolving incidents during the testing and production phases.
Documentation of developed components, tests, and user guides.
Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of code and data, following current regulations.
Participation in knowledge transfer activities for National Police personnel.
Requirements
Minimum relevant professional experience in full stack development (2+ years).
Deep knowledge of backend and frontend development with the aforementioned technologies.
Mastery of the complete software development cycle, agile methodologies (SCRUM, Metric v3).
Knowledge of computer security and applicable regulations (National Security Scheme, GDPR).
Competence in version management and control (Git).
Skills for effective communication and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Backend: Java with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Eureka, Kafka, Redis, Elastic Search.

Web Frontend: Angular, Bootstrap, JQuery.
Mobile development: Flutter.

Working modality
Split shifts from Monday to Thursday, and intensive Fridays. Summer also has intensive hours.
