Job description
Maintain existing Golang based microservices and develop new backend service on the platform.
Design and implement features used across the platform to ensure consistency and scalability.
Enforce coding standards and performing code reviews to maintain a clean, maintainable codebase.
Implement automated testing to ensure reliability and early bug detection.
Utilize design patterns and best practices in system reliability, including resiliency, autoscaling, monitoring, and alerting.
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges across software and infrastructure, continuously improving performance and scalability.
Your skills and experience
Good ENGLISH communication skills are required to work with international team.
Chinese proficiency is a big plus as the role involves working with Singapore clients
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in backend development; Golang preferred, but strong C#, Java experience with willingness to learn Golang considered.
Solid understanding of software architecture, algorithms, and database fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team.
4+ years of backend development experience.
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and advanced design patterns.
Proven track record in automated testing, code review, and performance optimization.
