Operational Product Manager Asssitant - NARS \& Drunk Elephant

Your Mission
Within the Export Marketing Team, you will support the marketing strategy for NARS \& Drunk Elephant across 15 diverse markets within the EMEA region, driving local brand awareness through all key 360° marketing levers: PR, Trade, Social Media, E-retail, Training, etc.
Your Role
Support the implementation of 360° market activations and daily follow-ups \& requests: Trade Plans, Visual Asset creation, Visual Merchandising updates, Social Media, Translations, etc.
Process, sort, and communicate consolidated information from brands to the local markets: Brand Newsletters, Monthly Reports, Forecast Consolidation, Launch Reports, etc.
Increase Digital visibility of both brands: Competitive Reviews, E-retail updates, etc.
Spearhead PR topics for both brands: Influencer Seedings, Collaborations, Events, etc.
Take the lead on an autonomous project from start to finish: Pitch \& Development, Team Collaboration, Budget Negotiation, Operational Implementation, etc.
Your Credentials
At least 1 previous Marketing experience (experience in the cosmetics industry is a bonus)
Completion of M1. Gap year or M2 candidate from a top-ranking university
Skilled in project \& time management with the ability to work autonomously and proactively
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Globally-minded with strong knowledge and passion for the beauty industry
Fluent in English
The internship will start in January 2026 for 6 months, in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.
