Our teams sit at the core of our business and collaborate with various departments to manage end-to-end e-commerce processes and design scalable solutions to create impact across multiple markets. To do so, we deep dive into the fundamentals of each aspect and drive strategic initiatives to sharpen our policy, processes, and features for greater product and operational excellence.
Regional Operations include the teams of Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Seller Operations, Returns \& Refunds, and Fraud.
Job Description
Lead AI \& Innovation Initiatives: Act as the Large Language Model (LLM) Champion by partnering with the team and Business Intelligence expert to evaluate and prioritise LLM-based proof-of-concept (POCs). Consolidate pilot requests and advocate for scalable, high-impact AI solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Own End-to-End Product Delivery: Drive the development of systems and features across functions to enhance user experience and operational quality. Lead requirement gathering, prepare Business Requirement Documents, conduct User Acceptance Testing, and manage product rollout and success metrics.
Drive Strategic Projects \& Process Improvements: Oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution. Identify pain points and process gaps through data analysis and stakeholder engagement to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
Shape Product Roadmap \& Prioritisation: Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to plan product roadmaps, align feature priorities with strategic goals, and continuously enhance product effectiveness through data-driven insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Business Analytics, Statistics, and Engineering
Experience in SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, and creating dashboard using BI tools is a plus
Experience in product management, product owner, management consulting is a plus
Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills. Able to define and solve problems with structured, fact or data driven approaches
Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
Able to explain complex concepts in a simple manner, and summarise key points from unstructured discussions. Good presentation, group discussion and writing skills
Ability to dive deep into business scenarios and understand real pain points faced by business and users
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines and priorities effectively
