As a Product Manager for Return \& Refund, you will be developing a deep understanding of the eCommerce post-purchase flow and driving product solutions in optimising the return \& refund and other post-purchase services. Your work will directly impact the buyer \& seller experience, as well as the operational costs and efficiency involved in the Return and Refund processes.
Job Description
Drive product solutions and strategies to align with business direction, resolve user pain points and provide a more comprehensive and user-friendly Return \& Refund experience to both buyers and sellers
Identify user pain points, conduct competitor analysis and identify current gaps in the overall Return \& Refund experiences provided by the platform
Continuously seek ways to broaden the coverage of Return \& Refund services, increase platform auto-judging capabilities and accuracy, reduce end-to-end resolution time of Return Refund requests, control cost incurred by seller disputes and compensation, and improve overall buyer and seller sentiments
Deep dive into operational workflows to understand the entire business ecosystems, develop effective tools or platforms to support local operations, especially on Return \& Refund judging and policy setups
Take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle, work closely with designers, analysts, engineers and data scientists to deliver product solutions with high business impact
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Artificial Intelligence will be advantageous
Internship experience in product management or business analysis in tech industries.
Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities and data-driven decision-making mindsets
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
Adaptable, open-minded, and thrives in a dynamic environment
Proactive, self-motivated, and with a strong ownership mentality
