You will be working on a core product that serves hundreds of millions of users. CSBot connects buyers, sellers, and customer service agents, enabling smart understanding and multi-turn conversations to efficiently resolve inquiries related to product questions, orders, logistics, and after-sales issues. Our goal is to significantly improve service efficiency and deliver a faster, more accurate support experience.
Job Description
Develop and maintain e-commerce products and services based on search and LLM.
From a comprehensive engineering perspective, troubleshoot and resolve model performance and scalability issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Optimize various services to enhance link performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in at least Golang or Python programming languages.
Understanding with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred experience in large language model or search domains, application and architecture
Experience with deploying and scaling machine learning models in a production environment.
Familiarity with data engineering
