Mobility Management, Turnkey Projects \& Electrification, Mainline Transport, Urban Transport and Customer Services. Activities and responsibilities:* Design robust, scalable, and resilient architectures for private cloud environments.
Lead the migration of traditional applications (e.g., Java on Linux servers) to microservices and container-based platforms.
Optimize hardware resource usage (HPE servers) and virtualization layers (VMware) for container workloads.
Install, configure, administer, scale, and troubleshoot OpenShift clusters.
Manage the lifecycle of containerized applications, including deployment, updates, and maintenance.
Ensure proper configuration and operation of Kubernetes components (Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, Operators, etc.).
Administer Linux systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) at server level, including scripting and automation.
Implement DevOps practices and methodologies across development and operations teams.
Define and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to ensure consistency and repeatability.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and Tekton.
Configure and manage container networking (CNI, Service Mesh) and persistent storage solutions.
Implement monitoring and logging solutions for distributed environments (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Apply cloud-native security best practices (secrets management, RBAC, security policies).
Diagnose and resolve complex issues in distributed systems.
Collaborate with development and operations teams, sharing knowledge and documentation.
Adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving environments.
Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
Contribute to the evolution of traditional IT infrastructures into modern, cloud-native platforms.

What we are looking for in you:* Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud-native architecture and container orchestration (OpenShift, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
Advanced Linux system administration skills, including scripting (Bash/Shell).
Experience implementing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform).
Understanding of container networking and persistent storage solutions.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Knowledge of cloud-native security practices and policies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable to change.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Continuous improvement mindset and customer orientation.
Other requirements:* English: C1 or equivalent, mandatory.
Spanish: High level or native, mandatory.
Certifications in OpenShift, Kubernetes, or cloud technologies, nice to have.
Knowledge of HPE server infrastructure, nice to have.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
Willingness to travel occasionally if required.
