More about the role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Customer Service Engineer in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) with Signify.
Provide after-sales service for the customers in Vietnam and other ASEAN countries.
Failure root cause analysis to confirm if the customer complaint is justified.
Provide solutions for the customer field cases.
More about you

3–5-year customer service experience
Both Chinese and English speaking
Good communication skill
Electronics technical background
Able to do failure analysis with good quality tool application
