Responsibilities:
Conduct scientific research and market scan for potential new product development.
Coordinate with designer and marketing department for packaging content and artwork revision.
Communicate with regulatory authority pertaining to product’s classification, ingredient checking or product-related issues.
Keep track of every projects’ status and communicate projects’ status with key stakeholders.
Prepare training modules and upkeep product database (eg. brand constitution \& product training presentation).
Conduct in-house and outstation product training to employees and vendors.
Attend product inquiries of employees and customers through calls, emails, website or in person.
Responsible for application and renewal of product notification, license, advertisement \& sales promotion permit.
Responsible for listing documents and submission \& keep track of the status.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Degree of food science/nutrition
Keen in learning, meticulous and organised
Good at PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Able to work under stress and deadline
Good command of Mandarin and English
