Make an Impact by:
Providing comprehensive support for backend and web applications, including Linux systems, web service APIs, Python/Shell scripts, and SQL databases.
Implementing system patches, software updates, and upgrades as required.
Conducting regular reviews of system security, policies, user access, and activities.
Maintaining and update test documentation, SOP manuals, and configuration logs.
Monitoring alarms and manage notifications through email, SMS, and trouble ticketing systems.
Assisting in fault analysis and alarm correlation activities.
Developing and enhance monitoring dashboards for special events and operational purposes.
Manainge user accounts and access permissions efficiently.
Testing network connectivity and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
Participating in change, patch, and configuration management processes.
Coordinating service recovery efforts to minimize operational downtime.
Handling user change requests promptly and ensure records are updated accordingly.
Collaborating with stakeholders and vendors on incident management and root cause analysis.
Performing regular health checks and verification of applications, servers, networks, and storage systems.
Providing technical support for feedback and complaints, engaging vendors when necessary.
Coordinating and confirm user acceptance testing (UAT) completion with vendor
Skills for Success:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with backend and web application support, particularly with Linux, Windows, web service APIs, Python, and MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies such as Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD.
Certifications in Linux, ITIL, or programming languages are advantageous.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with logical thinking.
Motivated team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
