We are looking for Product Marketing Manager to join the team. The Manager is a pivotal role focused on identifying and launching relevant new value-added services (both telco and telco-adjacent), scaling adoption within the Singtel Mobile consumer base and ensuring seamless customer experience.
Value-Added Services (VAS) Portfolio
Own end-to-end lifecycle of key VAS offerings, ranging from security, device protection, telco and telco-adjacent services.
Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends, evolving customer needs, and whitespace opportunities.
Spearhead the launch and growth of new services, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise product-market fit.
Define and refine pricing strategies, promotional frameworks, and service positioning to maximise revenue and customer lifetime value.
Monitor and interpret key financial and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with P\&L targets and business case assumptions.

Skills for Success
University Degree in Business Administration
Min 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, business/product development
P\&L management skills
