Make an Impact by
Develop product strategies and manage product life cycle for data centre services.
Review and derive insights from monthly and annual revenue forecasting and planning of all SG DC portfolios.
Interface with key internal and external stakeholders to build business cases and evaluate financial metrics for new DC developments and new Products/Services.
Review product features, schemes, processes and policies to drive alignment with the Product strategies roadmap.
Drive market share and revenue growth and improve profitability.
Identify and develop differentiated products through understanding and analysing market dynamics, technological advancements and customer’s business challenges.
Monitor and benchmark against competitors’ product offerings to improve product features, pricing and processes to ensure market competitiveness.
Review and optimise product costs through technology improvement, process improvement, and cost control measures.
Lead business and financial analysis to support new products and customization of existing product to meet specific customer needs.
Ensure comprehensive documentation, enhance systems and improve processes through automation tools to increase internal efficiencies and uplift customer experience.
Partner with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive engagement to achieve common business objectives.
Prepare monthly business performance report to update revenue and product roadmap progress.
Skills for Succes
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in product management or data centre services.
Professional certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, ITIL, and PMP are preferred.
Strong negotiation and people management skills.
Solid financial acumen and understanding of data centre operations.
Relevant data visualization skills, process and automation skills.
