What You’ll Be Doing
Drive and expand
a virtualised server infrastructure (Hyper-V) within modern data centre environments
Design and support
complex cross-border network and security setups
Ensure
high availability and resilience
of core systems through smart redundancy, robust backup strategies (Veeam, Backup Exec) and disaster recovery planning
Lead the
ongoing transformation to Microsoft Azure
, continuously optimising hybrid-cloud environments
Manage and develop IT infrastructure across multiple sites, supporting
200+ employees
using Windows and Mac
Champion continuous improvements in
IT security, protection, and service reliability
Take ownership in
end-to-end internal IT projects
, from initial concepts to full execution
Collaborate closely with trusted external outsourcing partners
What You Bring
Experience in ICT or systems engineering within a modern IT environment
Strong know-how in
enterprise networking, VMM, Hyper-V, PowerShell, endpoint management, M365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), Azure AD and cloud security
Background in
cloud and Windows server environments
, plus Configuration Manager and Intune
Microsoft Azure certifications
are a big plus
Excellent communication skills in
German and English
