SKL Technology is currently searching for a motivated
Service Reliability Engineer (Junior)
to join our growing client within their ICT Services Division.
You will be working within a multidisciplinary ICT environment encompassing infrastructure, service reliability, end-user computing, corporate applications, networks, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee reliability issues impacting ICT applications and services.
Enhance and refine ICT monitoring, including detection of security events.
Develop and maintain automated alerting and escalation mechanisms.
Build and maintain automated incident remediation solutions.
Work directly with technical support teams to resolve reliability and performance issues.
Monitor services proactively and respond to system alerts.
Maintain situational awareness of emerging technology and cyber trends.
Essential Criteria
Experience configuring and using monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Dynatrace, Splunk).
Proficiency in scripting languages such as SPL, SQL, Python, or DQL.
Experience working with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
Experience with network monitoring and deployments (e.g. Fortinet).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a large-scale ICT environment.
Desirable Criteria
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with automation and configuration management tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Demonstrated ability to identify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative technical team environment.
