We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with creative problem solving, capable of driving end-to-end AI initiatives, from research and experimentation to production deployment and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML systems across NLP, multimodal, and generative domains.
Lead initiatives involving fine-tuning, distillation, or evaluation of large-scale language models (LLMs).
Architect and develop multi-agent systems leveraging frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or crewAI for distributed AI functionality.
Build AI-first features integrating feedback loops, human-in-the-loop systems, and adaptive learning behaviors.
Develop and optimize multimodal pipelines combining image, text, and audio processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services at scale.
Establish MLOps best practices for continuous integration, monitoring, and lifecycle management of ML models.
Contribute to internal research and open-source initiatives advancing AI capabilities and best practices.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Programming: Expert in Python; strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Machine Learning Expertise: Proven experience in deep learning, NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and working with Hugging Face Transformers.
Generative AI: Hands-on experience deploying LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) into production at scale.
AI Orchestration: Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and agent-based frameworks.
Cloud \& MLOps: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; strong background in MLflow, Kubeflow, and containerized environments.
Systems Knowledge: Understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, and model orchestration in large-scale environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proven ability to work independently on complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multimodal systems (text, image, audio) or reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
Contributions to AI research, open-source projects, or published work in the field.
Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge graph integration.
Experience designing AI evaluation pipelines, including bias, safety, and performance testing.
