We’re looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong Python skills to help ensure quality on a leading platform for valuing, reviewing, and reporting illiquid investments (private equity, credit, real estate).
This is a hands-on Software Developer in Test role with a strong focus on automation (≈85%), ownership, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases
Validate new features for production readiness and support regression testing
Actively drive test automation best practices, patterns, and tooling
Manage defects, analyze failures, and reproduce issues when needed
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QAs across the SDLC
Contribute to improving product quality, usability, and testing processes
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in QA automation and Agile/Scrum teams
Python expertise with high-quality, maintainable test code
Hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Selenium (must-have)
Experience with Azure DevOps test management (must-have)
Solid understanding of BDD, E2E testing, and cross-browser/platform testing
Ability to review code, communicate defects clearly, and advocate for quality
Nice to Have
C# experience
