We are seeking a
senior Frontend Developer
to support the Design Systems and Design Systems Tooling team by accelerating the development of reusable web components and advancing internal tooling. This role focuses heavily on
JavaScript/TypeScript and React
, with an emphasis on scalability, accessibility, and adoption across the organization.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and comfortable collaborating across design and engineering teams while influencing frontend standards at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain
reusable frontend components
used by product teams across the organization
Develop and enhance
design system tooling
that improves consistency, accessibility, and developer efficiency
Lead and contribute to complex frontend initiatives such as:
Implementing new design token structures
Refactoring or rewriting complex components
Improving metrics and adoption tracking for design system usage
Support organization-wide adoption of design systems through:
Documentation and best practices
Code reviews and pull request feedback
Developer support via Slack, office hours, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Identify frontend
technical debt
and propose scalable, long-term solutions
Advocate for
frontend excellence, accessibility, and design systems standards
across teams

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
Strong experience in
frontend development
using JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and React
Proven experience creating and maintaining
reusable frontend components
at scale
Experience working with or building
design systems
used across large product surfaces
Exposure to
AI-powered or generative AI tooling
that supports developer workflows or design systems
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with designers and engineers
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Experience building frontend tooling such as:
Linters or validators
Metrics or usage/adoption tracking tools
Experience working with or building
Web Components
Solid understanding of
web accessibility standards and best practices
(WCAG, WAI-ARIA)
