We are seeking a CRM Technical Lead to join our IT CRM division.
This role is focused on developing solutions on the AWS cloud platform to support Salesforce and the broader CRM ecosystem, with the goal of driving innovation and process automation through advanced technologies and modern architectures.
The candidate will coordinate and manage an offshore development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.
Key Responsibilities* Lead and mentor an offshore team of developers on CRM-related projects using Agile methodologies
Design and implement AWS-based solutions that integrate with Salesforce and other CRM-related systems
Drive adoption of best practices for cloud-native architectures
Explore and implement Generative AI capabilities, focusing on agentic systems for intelligent automation and advanced CRM functionalities
Define and implement monitoring dashboards for platform health
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving software development, management, and maintenance processes
Requirements* 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud environment and related services
Strong knowledge of Java, Python, or other modern programming languages
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of Generative AI technologies, with practical exposure to agentic architectures (e.g., multi-agent orchestration, autonomous workflows)
Proven ability to lead and coordinate software development teams effectively
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
AWS certifications are required (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent)
Additional cloud certifications (Azure, GCP) are an advantage
Experience in Salesforce development roles is considered a plus
