Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions leveraging Python, Databricks, and Azure AI/ML services.

Build, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer-based models, and Generative AI (GenAI) applications.

Implement Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), multi-agent systems, and AI agents for intelligent automation and knowledge workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications, especially within healthcare use cases.

Apply MLOps practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning pipelines.

Conduct performance optimization, scalability improvements, and responsible AI practices across projects.

Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI, multi-agent orchestration, and transformer architectures.
Required Skills \& Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.

Strong programming expertise in Python.

Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure AI/ML ecosystem.

Proven knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, Transformer architectures, and multi-agent frameworks.

Experience with Agentic RAG pipelines and AI agent development.

Familiarity with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML pipelines, or similar).

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable AI solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Educational Qualifications
- BS / BE / MS in Computer Science from a top-tier institution (IITs, RECs, etc.)
