Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop Flow and Cloud Flow, Canvas, Power BI, Dataverse).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain Power Apps applications, including canvas and model-driven apps.
Create and manage workflows and automations using Power Automate.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
Document development processes, configurations, and user guides.
Must Have Skills:
✔ 6+ years of total programming experience with strong software development principles
✔ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop Flow and Cloud Flow, Canvas, Power BI, Dataverse)
✔ Proficiency in developing canvas and model-driven apps using Power Apps
✔ Experience with creating workflows and automations using Power Automate
✔ Strong knowledge of data modeling and visualization using Power BI
✔ Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and its integration with Power Platform
✔ Spanish and English fluency (speaking, writing, comprehension)
✔ Police verification clearance for Mexico region
Nice to Have:
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
Experience with Azure services and their integration with Power Platform
Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python
Experience with Agile development methodologies
