As a
Product Manager
, you will own end-to-end product cycles—from ideation and research to execution and impact measurement—for a product that helps learners fall in love with learning. You will work at the intersection of pedagogy, technology, and user experience to identify learner and educator pain points, and design meaningful solutions powered by the science of learning.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, content, growth, and field operations to build a product that is not only usable and engaging, but also impactful in improving learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership:
Own product features and roadmap. Define and execute the product strategy aligned with business and learning goals.
Problem Discovery:
Conduct structured discovery processes to identify user pain points using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Feature Prioritization:
Evaluate feature requests, align with business needs, and prioritize the roadmap using data and impact.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with design, content, tech, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
Data-Driven Decisions:
Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify opportunities, issues, and areas of improvement.
User Experience \& Research:
Drive user testing, interviews, and usability research to ensure solutions are learner-centric and intuitive.
Product Documentation:
Create PRDs, user flows, wireframes (in collaboration with design), and feature specs. Maintain clear and concise documentation on Confluence or equivalent platforms.
Stakeholder Communication:
Present product updates, roadmaps, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. Act as the product evangelist and conduct demos/trainings when needed.
Agile Execution:
Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ensure on-time delivery in collaboration with tech leads.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
4–5 years of experience
in product management roles, preferably in a B2C/B2B2C software or edtech environment.
Proven experience in
owning complete product lifecycles
—from discovery to launch to optimization.
Strong knowledge of
UX principles
, design thinking, and learner-centric approaches.
Proficient with tools like
JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Trello, Asana
, etc.
Hands-on with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets); basic
SQL
is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a bias for action.
Ability to
tell compelling product stories
—both in written documentation and presentations.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and
leading without authority

Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
