We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive our technical platform, own our AWS infrastructure, and contribute to our backend. You will lead the Platform Squad, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and developer-friendly.
Your Role
You act as the technical backbone of the team. You are responsible for architecture and infrastructure, but you also contribute hands-on code.
Technical Leadership: Lead execution, design AWS architecture (cost, performance, HA), and mentor engineers.
Infrastructure \& DevSecOps: Own the AWS environment. Manage IaC with Terraform, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and enforce security practices ("Shift Left").
Backend Development: Contribute to the core platform using Django. We don't expect you to code 100% of the time, but you understand the stack deeply.
Reliability: Ensure the platform is rock-solid. You resolve bottlenecks across backend and infrastructure.
Experience \& Skills
Must-have:Several years of professional software development experience, primarily in DevOps and Backend development.
Several years in a Tech Lead or senior technical role.
