Role Overview
We are looking for a
Product Manager
who is passionate about solving real-world user problems through technology and design. You will own key product areas and drive innovation by working with cross-functional teams, translating user insights into scalable product solutions, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Define product goals and roadmap for owned modules/features in alignment with business objectives
Lead discovery, user research, and market analysis to shape product strategy
Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and customer success teams
Balance short-term requests with long-term strategic planning
Analyze product metrics and customer feedback to inform iterative improvements
Champion agile practices and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery processes
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B tech or enterprise SaaS
Proven track record of launching successful products or features
Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data and KPIs/OKRs
Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD workflows
Familiarity with product discovery practices and user research methods
Comfortable with wireframing or working closely with designers
Exposure to Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
Excellent communication skills – ability to present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
A self-starter mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in food-tech, IoT, or hardware-integrated products
Exposure to global markets or scaling products internationally
Familiarity with frameworks like Jobs-To-Be-Done or experience using product management tools like Product board, Mix panel, Amplitude, etc.
