About the Role
Weâre seeking an experienced and hands-on Product Manager to lead the design, definition, and delivery of new software products. Youâll own the product lifecycleâfrom early concept through launchâand work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and leadership to turn ideas into real, working solutions.
This role is ideal for a builder who enjoys translating vision into detailed product requirements, managing agile delivery, and iterating quickly based on feedback. Youâll collaborate closely with our Head of Engineering, Head of Product Success, and General Manager/CTO to bring high-impact, user-focused products to market.
What Youâll Do
Lead the definition and execution of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Translate customer and market insights into clear, actionable product plans.
Collaborate daily with engineering to plan and manage agile sprints and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Partner with leadership to shape the product roadmap and prioritize development initiatives.
Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to align product development with market needs and feedback.
Conduct user testing and continuously refine products based on real-world use and feedback.
What Weâre Looking For
5+ years of experience in product management for a B2B SaaS company.
Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle from concept through release.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in a fully remote environment.
Hands-on experience working directly with development teams in agile environments.
Comfort with modern product design and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Figma, Vercelâs v0.dev, or similar).
Experience with public-sector or compliance-driven products is a plus, but not required.
What Success Looks Like
Within 6 months: Deliver a functional MVP for a new software product line.
Within 12 months: Lead the launch of additional product enhancements or new modules every 3â6 months.
