We’re looking for a versatile and motivated Full Stack Developer
to build, maintain, and scale end-to-end web applications. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working across the frontend and backend, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications across frontend and backend layers
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-focused solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Build and integrate APIs, services, and databases
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and best practices
Ensure application security, reliability, and data integrity

Requirements
Junior–Mid-Level (0–4+ years)
Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#, PHP)
Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and collaborative development workflows
Understanding of web architecture, security, and performance fundamentals
Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, or containers is a plus
General Requirements
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluent in English
Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
