The Opportunity
This is a unique chance to join a small, high-impact engineering team at the very start of its growth journey. The current tech group includes the Founder/CTO, two Backend Engineers, and a Frontend Engineer - and now they’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help scale their platform and bring cloud excellence into the heart of the product.
You’ll play a hands-on role in designing, building, testing, and deploying cloud-based infrastructure and applications that will enable the next generation of connected sports experiences.

What You’ll Do
Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for scalable, high-availability systems.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and analysts to shape the future of the company’s DevOps and cloud strategy.
Build and optimise Kubernetes clusters and network performance for users across new global markets.
Implement best practices for monitoring, reliability, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
Work closely with the product team to help scale a digital scoring platform to a global audience.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in cloud infrastructure engineering and DevOps best practices.
Proven expertise with Kubernetes and Cloudflare.
Familiarity with ArgoCD or similar CI/CD tools.
Experience designing scalable architectures and managing cloud migrations.
A collaborative mindset — excited to work in a small, growing, and cross-functional tech team.
